Rize Integration on Zapier

With the Rize integration on Zapier, you can easily incorporate Rize's robust time-tracking capabilities into your Zaps. Connect Rize to 5,000+ apps to automate your workflow.

Connecting to Rize from Zapier​

  1. From your Zapier account, click the "Add connection" button
  2. Search for the "Rize" integration
  3. Authenticate with your Rize account to authorize Zapier access
  4. Once authorized, add Rize to your Zaps from the Zap editor

Available Triggers​

Rize provides the following triggers for your Zaps:

  • New Time Entry: Fires when a new time entry is created
  • Updated Time Entry: Fires when a time entry is updated
  • New Project: Fires when a new project is created
  • New Client: Fires when a new client is created

Available Actions​

  • Create Time Entry: Create a new time entry in Rize
  • Create Project: Create a new project
  • Create Client: Create a new client

Example Use Cases​

  • Invoice automation: When a time entry is created in Rize, automatically log it in your invoicing tool (e.g., FreshBooks, QuickBooks)
  • Project management sync: When a project is created in Rize, create a corresponding project in your PM tool
